Update on Jetstar Darwin services 1200

Darwin Airport is presently closed until further notice and as a result Jetstar has cancelled all of its current scheduled services to and from Darwin today (Wednesday 16 February) up until 0800 tomorrow morning (Thursday 17 February).

Jetstar continues to work closely with Darwin Airport regarding the status of safe flying operations. Jetstar.com will be regularly updated with the latest information, including the status of remaining fights for tomorrow (Thursday 17 February).

Jetstar wishes to advise its affected customers of the fare flexibility with respect to their travel bookings, including refunds, re-routing and change to travel dates/times for no fee.

Jetstar passengers will be informed of their revised travel itineraries and re-accommodation options once determined, based on the latest weather advice.

Flexible fare arrangements:

Jetstar is providing flexible arrangements for customers affected by cancellations and customers travelling on domestic or international flights to or from Darwin up until midnight Friday 18 February 2011, including refunds, re-routing or changes to travel dates/times for no fee:

Travel must be taken prior to 15 April 2011.

Jetstar customers with near travel requirements to and from Darwin should check Jetstar.com, which will be updated regularly or please call the Jetstar Contact Centre directly on 131 538.
