Tropical Cyclone Marcia
Weather conditions associated with Tropical Cyclone Marcia are likely to disrupt travel arrangements for a number of Jetstar customers travelling to/from Brisbane, Gold Coast (Coolangatta), Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore), Mackay and Hamilton Island.
All passengers on cancelled flights will be notified by Jetstar or their Travel Agent directly and provided with options to fly on alternative services.
Options are available to Jetstar customers holding a valid ticket issued on/before 19 February for travel on 20 or 21 February 2015 who are affected by Tropical Cyclone Marcia.
Please contact Jetstar within seven (7) days of your original flight date to either:
- Rebook your travel on an alternative flight between the same destinations on your original booking departing within seven (7) days of the intended travel date free of charge.
- Rebook your travel on an alternative flight between the same destinations on your original booking departing after seven (7) days of the intended travel date and we will waive the change fee and you will pay the fare difference.
- Request a refund in Jetstar travel vouchers to the value of the fare purchased on the original affected flight. Travel vouchers are valid for six months.
