Jetstar connections on offer to Air Asia X passengers

Passengers booked on Jetstar New Zealand domestic services to Christchurch to connect with Air Asia X to Kuala Lumpur can change their flights following Air Asia X’s withdrawal from the route.

Jetstar passengers connecting to Air Asia X flights in Christchurch will be able to apply for the credit of their Jetstar booking to a new trans-Tasman Jetstar service to connect with Air Asia X flights from Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast to Kuala Lumpur.

Passengers will need to verify connecting travel on Air Asia X and pay a standard call centre fee per passenger per segment and any associated fare difference.

This offer will be open to all affected Air Asia X passengers until Monday March 26 and changes can be made by calling the Jetstar Customer Contact Centre on 0800 800 995.
