If you’re flying with us through Changi Airport in Singapore you’ll notice that all our Jetstar check-in counters are now located in Rows 2 and 3 of the Terminal 1 Departure Check-in Hall (which is on Level 2).

So, whether you’re flying on Jetstar Asia, Valuair or Jetstar Airways, this is where you’ll need to go for all your Jetstar check-ins.

And, thanks to this larger space and more dedicated counters, you’ll now have an even swifter check-in experience when you fly with us.
